OUR RETURN POLICY

Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, no questions asked, within 30 days for all orders within Kenya.

Reach out to support@shelans.com with your order number within 30 days of receipt and let us know what items you would like to return – we’ll get it sorted for you right away!

For all orders, items must be unworn and undamaged, with tags on, to qualify for a return or exchange. (Masks are final sale and may not be returned.) Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.

SHIPPING

We’ll do our best to ship within 2 business days of placing an order for any in-stock item.

Kenya orders ship free! For all other international (non Kenya) orders, shipping costs will be calculated depending on your country.

shelans.com is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
